A wine is of this place in time, it exists at the intersection of one geography, culture, weather, spirituality, history, soul, emotion, season and moment.

A little production of natural wine: from the old vineyard Colombaia ROSSO Toscano IGT (a unique wine, that represents our territory and vintage; different colour label for each vintage as a truly reflection of the season of each year), and COLOMBAIA white wine Bianco Toscano IGT made with Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, from the youngest vineyard the red wine VIGNA NUOVA.

From 2005 we have introduced a very limited production of Sparkling Rosè and White method Ancestral a unique fermentation ending in bottle and degorged manually with no added sulphite. For some vintages special cuveè can also be made in limited quantities.
